Application scenario

Our 12V series covers motorcycle batteries, car batteries and 12V AGM packs used on assembly lines and in service bays.

Vehicle plants and service workshops handle large volumes of 12V batteries: motorcycle starter batteries, car batteries and 12V AGM packs fitted to start-stop models. The 12V 6A, 12V8A/24V4A and 12V/24V-10A chargers are built for this work, with clamp output for bench charging, automatic cut-off at full charge and a sealed, impact-resistant housing that tolerates daily handling. On an assembly line the units are used at end-of-line checks and at pre-delivery inspection, where a pack must be topped up quickly without supervision; in a service bay the same models handle battery replacement, seasonal storage and deep-discharge recovery. All three models accept 12V lead-acid batteries, including AGM, and the dual-voltage versions also cover 24V packs.
