To hold export quality steady, the ageing test area has been expanded with additional test bays and a revised inspection flow.
Every finished charger runs a full-load ageing cycle, a voltage-fluctuation test, a waterproof spot check and a functional check before packing. Records from incoming material, SMT placement, assembly and final packing are kept so a unit can be traced back through the line.
The aim is simple: units that fail a check stay inside the factory, and partners receive consistent batches.
