EUKON ELECTRONICS has added an IP67 sealed aluminium-housing charger series for outdoor charging points in India, where dust, monsoon rain and unstable grid voltage are part of daily operation.
The series covers 48V, 60V and 72V classes and can be configured for lead-acid or lithium packs. Active power factor correction and a wide input range keep the output stable when supply voltage swings.
Each unit goes through high-temperature, low-temperature, rain-exposure and long-run ageing checks before packing. The aluminium housing is designed to hold temperatures steady during continuous charging, and typical applications include electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and small forklifts.
Samples have been submitted for BIS testing. The series is open for inquiries and batch orders from the Indian market.
